The Lightsource Planning Team provides a full life cycle planning service for all developed sites, from initial site assessment through to post construction planning condition monitoring.

The team also provides due diligence assessments of the planning aspects for all the sites Lightsource acquires from other developers.

When making a planning application our planning team go through a series of very strict planning criteria. Before submitting a planning application Lightsource will perform the following surveys and assessments:
